No Switch version is announced
Why the search appears
Players often search for an Emerald remake on Switch, but Gamma Emerald is a free, non-commercial fan project—not a Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company release. Its current build uses Unreal Engine 5 and desktop Windows requirements.
That means:
- there is no Nintendo eShop listing;
- there is no official Switch download, cartridge or installation guide;
- a video showing the game streamed, emulated or remotely played on console does not create a native port;
- the creator's disclaimer explicitly states the project has no affiliation or endorsement from the rights holders.
